Dr Donaldson and three other Australian Retinal Surgeons attended the AmplifEye.Vision meeting in Hong Kong this month to learn about the latest advances in 3D imaging for vitreoretinal surgery.

This exciting technology will replace current microscope oculars with the latest 4K digital cameras and 4K OLED screens enabling better visualisation and better viewing for the entire operative team.

This is the cutting edge of vitreoretinal viewing technology and has improved dramatically over the past 12 months.

We are excited to be using this technology at Queensland Eye Hospital in the near future.
