Professor Sullivan was one of the keynote speakers at the University of Sydney, Sydney Eye Hospital and Sydney Save Sight Institute Annual Registrars Teaching Conference, attended by 150 of Australia and New Zealand’s trainee Ophthalmologists and consultants.

He gave the Keynote for The Billson Lecture “An overview of Orbital Tumours and Surgical Approaches to the Orbit” and spoke on “Medial Canthal Reconstruction”,   “Degenerations and Inflammatory Eyelid Disorders”,  “Challenging Paediatric Oculoplastic Cases”,  “Orbital Tumours in Children”, “Invasive Orbital BCC treated with Vismodegib”,  “Thyroid Eye Disease presenting with Optic Neuropathy”, and “Strabismus and Eyelid management in Thyroid Eye Disease”
